Governing Law: Republic of Trinidad & Tobago

By accessing www.jupiterfrost.com or engaging services from Jupiter Frost, a sole trader registered in Trinidad & Tobago, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read carefully.

1. Services
Jupiter Frost provides creative, branding, marketing, promotional, digital strategy, content creation, and consulting services. Services are delivered on a project or retainer basis as agreed in writing.
Note: Outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Results depend on factors beyond our control.

2. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Supply required assets and approvals in a timely manner
• Make payments according to agreed terms
Delays caused by clients may affect project timelines without penalty to Jupiter Frost.

3. Payments & Fees
• Fees are quoted in TTD unless otherwise specified
• Deposits are non-refundable
• Final deliverables may be withheld until full payment is received
• Late payments may incur additional charges

4. Intellectual Property
• Jupiter Frost retains ownership of all drafts, concepts, and materials until full payment is received
• Upon full payment, the client receives a non-exclusive license to use final deliverables for their intended purpose
• Jupiter Frost retains the right to display work in portfolios and promotional materials

5. Revisions
Revisions are limited to the number specified in the service agreement. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

6. Termination
Either party may terminate services in writing. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.

7. Limitation of Liability
Jupiter Frost shall not be liable for:
• Indirect or consequential losses
• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunity
• Third-party platform failures (social media, hosting, ad platforms)
Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services.

8. Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jupiter Frost from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of materials provided, including third-party claims.

9. Force Majeure
Jupiter Frost is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet or power failures, or third-party platform disruptions.

10. Dispute Resolution
Disputes shall first be addressed through mediation. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to the courts of the Republic of Trinidad & Tobago.

11. Age Restriction
Clients must be at least 18 years old to engage services.
